Who may use WilloToon
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep access to your account secure and complete the current onboarding notices before creating. Use only media and prompts you are authorized to submit. Confirm parent or guardian permission for every child shown.
Acceptable use and AI results
Do not submit unlawful, exploitative, sexual, abusive, or harmful material, or use another person’s likeness to deceive or harass. Safety controls may reject or hold work for review. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; inspect each result before using or sharing it.

Review the current pack offer before purchasing credits and the generation quote before confirming creation. Available credits must cover the quoted amount. Credits are reserved for accepted jobs and settled according to the job outcome. The wallet shows transaction and receipt information.
How credits workPayment issues and refund requests
Send billing questions through support with your payment reference. Refund requests require review of the payment record and applicable purchase conditions. A support request is not a guarantee of reimbursement, and these service rules do not remove rights that apply under law.
Availability, sharing, and account requests
Creation depends on service and provider availability. Do not rely on an uncompleted job as a delivered result. Share only content you have permission to distribute. Account controls let you submit and track privacy requests; fulfillment is a separate process.
