Your media. Your choices.
This notice explains how WilloToon handles account information and private creation workflows.
Who provides WilloToon
WilloToon is a product of Will of Dawn Labs. For questions about WilloToon, including account access or privacy, email hello@willodawn.com. You do not need to sign in to contact us.
Information used to provide the service
WilloToon stores account and sign-in information, session and security records, uploaded media, prompts, creation settings, generation records, credit transactions, consent choices, and support requests. Payment records include references and status used to reconcile credits.
Processing and access
Information is used to authenticate you, create and deliver videos, maintain your wallet, respond to support, and enforce safety controls. Storage, AI processing, authentication, and payment providers receive information needed for their part of the service. Your selected generation model is shown in the creation flow. Authorized support and safety access is scoped to the relevant case.
Cookies and device storage
Essential cookies support sign-in and request security. Browser storage may keep creation drafts and Studio project data on your device. Sign out on shared devices, and clear browser storage if you also want to remove locally saved drafts.
Retention, requests, and sharing
Account controls let you set a media retention preference and submit export or deletion requests. Processing is tracked separately; a request does not mean deletion or export has already completed. Completed account exports are private JSON files containing account records and media metadata, available to the signed-in owner for seven days. Video files are downloaded separately from My videos. Account deletion requires operator review and an approved retention policy; closing account access and purging media are tracked separately from retained transaction, identity, safety, consent, and audit records and backups. Ask support about the status of a request.
Media is private by default. If you create a share link, anyone holding an active link can access the shared result. Revocation prevents future access through that link but cannot remove copies already downloaded.
Manage privacy choicesQuestions about your information
Use the privacy category in an account-linked support request. Include the request reference where available and avoid sending additional sensitive media unless requested through a controlled process.
