What is WilloToon and how does it work?
WilloToon is an AI video creation web platform that animates photos, text prompts, and motion reference videos into 5-to-10 second MP4 video clips. You upload media you own, preview the credit quote, and confirm generation.
How do prepaid credits work?
WilloToon uses prepaid credits rather than recurring subscriptions. Starter packs begin at ₹49 for 50 credits via UPI or cards. Before every generation, a live quote displays the credit cost and your remaining balance. Credits are held during processing and captured only on successful completion.
What happens if an AI video generation fails?
If an external provider experiences a timeout or error, your reserved credits are automatically restored to your wallet immediately via our ledger-grade settlement system.
Are my family photos kept private?
Yes. All uploaded images, motion clips, and generated videos are stored in private encrypted storage. They are accessible only through your authenticated account and are never published to an open feed or used to train public foundation models.
Can I use photos of children or minors?
Yes, provided you are the legal parent or guardian or have explicit parental consent. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, adult account holders must complete mandatory consent declarations before creating videos featuring minors.
Do I need to record my own movement videos for motion control?
No. WilloToon offers Ready Motion templates that already include reviewed movement clips (e.g. happy wave, celebration pop). You can also follow our recording guides to capture your own reference movements with your phone.
Can I combine multiple clips into a longer video?
Yes. WilloToon Studio allows you to sequence multiple 5-second or 10-second clips on a timeline, add audio tracks, and export an edited MP4 video directly in supported web browsers.
What payment methods are supported in India?
Through Dodo Payments, WilloToon supports UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), RuPay debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Net Banking.
